The construction costs are estimated at €50,000.00 per room. The construction costs are therefore approximately €25,000,000.00.
There is government funding of 75% of the construction costs, these applications have already been approved.
The 180 villas will be built separately and the property will be paid to the owner at €60,000.00 per building plot.
An additional solar park can also be built. Here too, the permits have already been issued and the acceptance guarantees run for 25 years.
The total investment amounts to approximately €50,000,000.00. You will receive approximately €16,000,000.00 in funding. Another approximately €10,000,000.00 will flow back through the property sales.
